You acknowledge that Welancia is currently in a "Coming Soon" / "Beta" / "Pre-Launch" phase. The website currently serves strictly as an informational portal and a mechanism to gauge interest.

• No Guarantee of Service: We do not guarantee that the Welancia marketplace will launch on any specific date or that it will launch at all.
• Evolving Functionality: Any descriptions of features, fees (e.g., the 6% flat fee), escrow services, or matching algorithms are prospective statements of intent. We reserve the right to materially change, modify, or cancel these features prior to the official launch.

3. The Waitlist

3.1. Purpose

The waitlist is a data collection tool used to notify interested parties about our launch.

3.2. No Entitlement

Registration on the waitlist does not create a contract for future services. It does not guarantee:

• Early access to the platform.
• Priority in freelancer/client vetting.
• Any specific grandfathered pricing or "Founding Member" status, unless explicitly confirmed by us in writing at a later date.

3.3. Right to Remove

Welancia reserves the absolute right to remove any user from the waitlist or deny future access to the platform for any reason, without notice or liability.

• All information provided is accurate, current, and truthful.
• You are not impersonating any person or entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement (e.g., you are at least 18 years of age).

We accept no liability for missed notifications or opportunities resulting from incorrect contact information provided by you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on this website, including but not limited to the text, the "Welancia" name, logos, graphics, interface design, code, and the "Renaissance/Cyberpunk" aesthetic concepts, is the exclusive intellectual property of Welancia.
